1. Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital goods (e.g., website templates, plugins, design assets), all sales are final. Once a digital product has been downloaded or accessed, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

  • The product is significantly different from the description provided

2. Custom Services

  • Once work has started, any refund is at our discretion and based on the amount of work already completed
